quite a bit faster, id say 10-15mph faster

These combos run on 6s at a higher mah battery? If I use a 4000 do I need to upgrade to bigger batts?

I'm using a GensAce 35C 3700mAh with the x-flight combo (100A Hobbywing Platinum Pro ESC & HW 7.5A BEC). I had to add some tail weight with this battery and there's a little room left in the batt compartment lengthwise, but I think I'm maxed out on batt height and width. So a slightly longer, heavier battery would probably be OK but watch the other dimensions.

Cool and what kind of flight times can be expected on 3700mah using throttle management?

Probably 3-4 minutes. I set my timer for 3 minutes. I was flying pretty scale yesterday and I landed with alot of mAH left in the tank (>50%) but I've also had flights with high alpha, vertical, and go-arounds where I landed with 27%.

Oh and it's important to note that I put the x-flight motor and fan in the Freewing shroud. I didn't want to have to cut foam. I don't recall exactly but I think the ChangeSun shroud would be a little heavier.

That's why I was asking a few posts up - since I disassembled mine to re-mount it in the Freewing shroud, I rebalanced it and I didn't know first hand. It sounds like it does come pre-balanced. In retrospect, had I know that, I probably would have kept it in the CS shroud and just cut the foam anyway.
