It's a one off, designed after an old simple sketch. I will ask Han Witteveen, the designer/builder, for more background and technical info.

Thanks Ron that will be interesting. I'm working on a foamie HLG
similar to the Airsurfer but using a SD7003 airfoil and Pouli [sp?]
type control surfaces. The shapes are very similar though I have no
vertical surfaces and no where near the complexity. I would love to
watch the Lapidar progress.
