Leadfeather's Yak 55
I very seldom build more than one of the same plane, I think this is the 7th Yak I've built now. The Yak flys great at around 6.5oz, but this was my attempt to get down under 4oz. I almost made it at 118.7g (4.15oz) A little less glue or paint and I would have been under 4oz.
The wing is 9mm EPP, the fuselage and rudder 6mm EPP and the ailerons and elevator are 3mm depron. Hacker A10-15S, Turnigy Plush 6A esc, Futaba 3114 servo on ailerons and Dymond D47 on elevator/rudder.
Great flying plane, does everything the others do only at slower speeds.
