Buying with a completed swarm

To place the order this is what I did:

Logged in to HobbyKing

Went to the Cierva page

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=14291

Clicked the swarm button

Joined the swarm.

Entered my email.

Then it told me the item was in my shopping cart.

I then added another unit and finished my order.

My order of 2 units is now processing.

The swarm was for a unit out of the Hong Kong warehouse.

Just checked the Cierva again, and it's not listed as available in the DE warehouse.

I don't think you have to buy the unit.

O.K., now that "we" (novice autogyro folks) have this thing ordered, can someone summarize how to fly one?

Many thanks

Yes, one has to look closely at the shipping costs. since they have a warehouse in Germany, they'll put the cost up there, even if the item is in China. We run into the same problem in the USA, as they like to post the shipping cost from the USA warehouse too. But if the item is in China, you have a higher shipping charge.

Very interested in the same thing.
Curious about setup; motor/esc/prop, servos, servo throws, hang angles, mast angle, and so on.

My setup:
Turnigy 2409-12-1600kv - 25A Turnigy plush, on 3S with a propeller of some sort
HXT900 or 939MG servos?
15 degrees hang angle?

First problem is maybe to put it together, as it looks as if it comes without instructions from hobbycity?
But it seems like there is some info posted in "files" tab on hobbycity site, and a lot of info here - have to pick out the best suggestions.

Looking forward to receiving my next parcel from hobbycity!!

Open the Cierva page on Hobbyking.

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=14291

Click on the "Files" tab beside the Reviews and you'll see the file there.

If you don't find it pm me.
