FMS FW-190a 1400mm

Hey Guys

From the last E-Mail FMS sent me, it sounds as though they are moving right along on the FW-190a. When you consider the new Corsair's general outline looks decent I can only hope for the same on the 190.

As the model is still under development now might be the time to e-mail FMS, and offer some kind suggestions.

Tommy D

Take Note at the time of this writing it's confirmed to be a A model FW-190

I'll be fine with an A as long as FMS does his homework better than what they did for the Bf 109....

P51 and F4U are the best looking so far imho

Might need to be a D if they wanna get it to balance with that tiny motor they have been using in the other models!

Tom makes a very good point.

Or....

They extend the nose and cheat. Tom, did they extend the nose much on the Spitfire?

Or they can make the battery hatch just like they did with their new 1100mm F6F... very similar to the parkzone F4F

...a 190-D what they should make! Easier with the small motors and better looking all together. I would love to have one in JV-44 markings...could fly it from the original air field in Munich...which is now a big park! Wouldn't that be cool?

cheers

I'd like to see the D version as well- what's the point of making an "A" model when they have to lengthen the nose for balance and ruin the lines anyway? At least if they made the 190D they could stick to the scale outline, rather than have a model that looks like neither version.
I was all excited when GWS came out with their FW190 till I saw it up close- Yuck- neither a D or an A, so I spent my money elsewhere. (I also passed on the FMS 109, another "Yuck"!) With all the technology available today, there's no excuse for turning out a sorry-looking scale RC bird.

About every ARF FW-190 gets cut down in one way or another. Either modelers are especially hard on Luft models, or distributors are especially bad at producing them.

Even the EMS/KMP FW-190 was torn to shreds on more then one thread.
