Here you go, bamaguy... Good luck with your build. The wheels are 1 3/4" (45 mm) in diameter. The main struts are 2.5 mm diameter wire.

I hit mine with an rpm meter and did the same thing...snaped right off with no damage to prop...Now this is what I did , ...http://www.graysonhobby.com/catalog/...bly-p-247.html, now this shaft is like 2.97mm, measure yours..and its the right length..but I use a different motor can on mine, cause the orginal would bind on the new shaft, shift from side to side, but that might have been cause it hit so hard and messed up the shaft hole..the orginal can only has one set screw and thats not good..Hope this makes sense.. its hard to explain...but mine works fine..

Well my troubles continue with the 310, as I just can seem to catch a break with this airplane.
This morning was cold again under 30* but winds were very low at 7am, she flew nice in the calmer winds and was amazed how slow she'll fly with the flaps lowered....but on the second flight I got bit again....I brought her around and it looked like all gear was lowered, then I brought her in.... just as the mains touched the pavement I saw the left wing dip well it turned out the left main gear did not lower. As the left prop touched the ground, the entire prop assembly broke off the shaft, with all blades intact.

I searched online and there seems to be no replacement prop shafts for the Dynam DYM-0010 motor.......any suggestions.

I broke one of my shafts on a second outing. I was devastated. Then started going thru all motors and found this to be exactly same size: http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store...idProduct=7342
Maybe its even stronger, Its been on for couple of months (knock on wood)

Yep, thats the tower pro motor shaft, its at grayson, cheap and shipping a lot less.. so there you go...

You are probably right. They come in a package of 3. Shipping wasn't that much ($3). I didn't like that it took 12 days to get it.

Got to fly mine a little more last night.Not my usual field, this was an unused road with trees and light poles on both sides.
Had a 45 degree cross wind making for some interesting moments as you will see.I gotta say,I love this plane. I cant wait for when I can get to my feld and have the room to fly it scale.

Question... if you put the battery in with the Velcro... how do you get it back out?

NeilDahl51 - I use velcro on mine and it pulls right out without any trouble.

Simple, you can just use a very thin piece of metal, I have a 6 inch ruler thats very thin, pocket. Just jam it in and the battery will seperate.Also I sometimes use a thin piece of plastic,notebook paper holder,.. I also use it to place the battery in the plane..cover the velco,place in bird and pull out..the plastic..
