Can you run 2 brushless motors off of one ESC
I built a Partenavia from plans first drawn back in the 70s. Way before me time. Any way, I am powering it with 2 magnetic mayhem motors. Being 16, without a lot of extra money, ferrite motors are very nice, considering they are $20-30 a piece.
On this plane, I found I can shave off about 8 oz. by switching the motors with 2 small lightweight rotating can brushless motors!
Since the plane only ways 53 oz now, it would be a substantial (spelling?) weight savings.
The only thing I am unsure of is, can you run two+ brushless motors off of one brushless ESC like you can do with two+ brushed motors?

There are numerous threads in the archives that cover this. In a nutshell, Kontronik controllers work well for this. Others do not.
