I have a Sebart Pitts Python for sale. The package includes the Python, 4 Hitec HS65HB aileron servos, 2 JR ST125MG HI-Torque elevator and rudder servos, Thunder Power 5,000mah 11.1V 25C continuous/50C Burst LiPO, Sintesi 120Amp ESC, Scorpion S-4025-12 Brushless motor.

I will sell everything listed for $500.00 for local pick up only. My flying is limited to the small and micro planes so this thing is way out of my league. It looks like all that is needed to get the Python in the air is a receiver and I think an external BEC will be required.

did you fly the plane on only 3s???

I took this plane in a trade a while back and my understanding was that it had been flown with the 3S pack. I suspect the Scorpion motor may be a bit hungry and would probably benefit from a different battery configuration.

i dont see any way you can get good power for this plane on 3s without going over 125 amps...i ran mine on 6s and it was perfect

My Zero G Pitts flies great on 4s. Dunno how they stack up weight wise but they look an awful lot alike.

I have the Sebart Sukhoi29 50e similar size plane with a similar setup. Scorpion 4020-16, 80 amp ESC, 6s battery pulls 40 amps and almost 1000 watts. crazy power and the components are ambient temp after flights. After 6 minutes of 3d I usually put 1800mAh back in the packs. I can't imagine that a 3s battery would last long in that plane. P.S. This great looking plane would look better with me flying it

they are in different size classes. the zero g pitts is around 4 pounds, and the sebart python is around 6-7 pounds

That explains the price difference. Is the Seb 3d capable?

it is a FANTASTIC plane, mine had an untimely demise due to a linkage that came off (must not have used locktite ), but i loved the plane and as long as it is built right, is capable of anything in the book and a lot that isnt in the book . highly recommended plane, definitely a good plane for 6s and like a 17x8 prop.
