Here is the counterweight I added as a temporary test. Out of the box the gimbal is totally out of balance due to the heavy servo on one side. Depending on the camera used you can add some weight to make it more neutral. I just pulled the roll gear so it would move freely to find a balance point.

Doesn't solve all the issue but seems to help. Also making sure the gears are tight helped with minor sloppiness.

Has anyone tried the MK HiSight SLR2 under the Heavy Weight SIX? I can't wait longer on the CInestar solution, so I'm looking for another gimbal. So was wondering if anybody ever tried this gimbal.

He is just finishing off his gimbal controller. An actual gimbal will come later but that may be a ways off yet.

Hi guys

A few words of explanation. This year was very heavy -
we were not expecting such a big interest in our products

Recently I bought another CNC, hired more employees,
and now we can work much more efficiently!

Nearest plans:
- BIG legs, for pro level gimbals AV130, AV200, Cinestar (this week),
- medium weight OCTO with 21.5 tubes (this week),
- QUAD with 21.5mm arms,

Next:
- advanced gimbal controller (official presentation in two weeks,
sale start December I hope),
- Christmas (<> 24.December ).

In the meantime:
- belt driven small GoPro gimbal. Prototype is almost ready. We will test
it asap and run production in December. Sale start - January. This gimbal
will be much more complicated in production than current version, but
give us much better video quality (probably ).

From January:
- Lunar Explorer succesor - universal quad frame. Cheaper and better than
previous version.
- a few not expensive small size frames - quad, six, tri maybe...
- bigger, pro level gimbals,
- and much, much more

Thank you for your patience

Jakub

New legs for heavy/big copters - <> 310mm clerance, span of the base (skids) 500x500mm:

With AV130 gimbal:

I'll do smaller version for AV130 probably...

With AV200 gimbal:

Compared to 155mm legs

Adapter for 2-axis Cinestar will be avialable too - I'm just testing it.

This looks good, is this the new prototype for Jakubs gimbal? What servos are you using?
