You guys want Dynamic balance E-Flite rotor.
It be on my store to purchase.
No more nasty angry out of balance rotor sound and soon will kill the motor bearing.

Are you going to install the E-Flite Fan-Blades you balanced in the TJ80 Tam?? I'd like to see the comparison and diference(if any) with your Fan Blade Set-UP ..

But can't afford not to have alarm turn off just case of fire.
I wipe out the whole rats family once in a while. But some how new family move in.
I should train those rats to works or turn them to working elks.
The Rats you got like your Jets Tam!! They go around telling other Rats of your new TJ80SE and they wanna see your secret work!...Bang!..the Alarm goes off!!

Successful maiden.

I made mine 100% stock, with retracts. Tonight I made the maiden flight on our grass runway. It was a long run with 1/2 flaps but it all worked great. I was most surprised by how slowly it would fly with full flaps.

Second flight was even better. The sky was dark, the humidity high and generally poor conditions but it was loads of fun.

Waiting for the batteries to charge to see how much longer I can fly the Habu on a charge.

Neat. It was worth the wait.

Now ready to go fly.
I just ran up with 8s 2.6k at 84A.
Sound pretty nice and smooth like my TJ rotor.
Dynamic balance make this E-Flite rotor come to live.
But you know what.
I'm not go to fly with 8s.....
My plane was set up for 9s. Why not go for more power.

Let me camera and set it still to get some high speed pass.

Tamjets- Great idea on those balanced blades. Looking forward to purchasing soon..
hi tbm. i tried dye from wallyworld and fabricville. dye the wood arounf the glass was all it did. i tried to find the rit dye but can't seem to get it up here. i saw a pic posted by crashguru, he has a cool silver canopy using patra model spray paint. i went to the hobby store and found you can by a clear paint that will work as a tint, so i went that way.
and yes, spray lightly as mentioned previously, my first coat was a little too heavy

hey guys I though I would share, last week a fellow club member showed up to the field with a brand new Habu 32 bone stock on 6s and I gotta tell you I was very impressed with this jet. he asked me to maiden it for him and of course I said ok, this flight is on a turnigy 6s 5000 25c, since this was the maiden I kept the flight short about 2.5 min timer at the end of the flight batt was showing 60% remaining, this thing was fast and efficient. this is a very cool jet. I think he has a tiger in his also, I'll let him know about tams balanced rotors.
here is the video
Habu 32 on 6s 119mph (5 min 9 sec)
