Hi Flemming.
Have you seen the hair bungy to clsoe the door?
I'm sure it will work with Tams struts too.

Foam

Foam padding?? Is that for shock absobtion?? First I heard of that one..does it make a difference on landings...

I too used the stock retract screws with out issue but I did as the manual said and used a 5/64th drill bit. and I also used the foam square from the packaging worked pretty good but the wing is definitly very soft I made marks in mine just removing the stickers.(Quote)

The motor not be a week or two.
Test motor we goes through good trial test before production was made.
Yes the design of the motor to be run from 8s-10s.
Depend how customers want to use the power.
8s around 2.2kw for light weight set up.
9s around 2.7kw is where we had been doing.
10s is for hot rod for speed freak.

The ICE HV120 custom made heat sink from us to kept the ESC cool and light.

TJ80SE is really special. A lot custom works to kept it light and right KV motor to be works in many different application.
Whom know what the future hold.
80mm size jets might be the ticket and I had the power plant can push to the limit.

No Tam...it's not a race at all. It's just a bit more power from the stock setup.
A 6 minute flight with 9s, 3200's ? Very nice. What was the amp draw at WOT? How much did you put back in the packs?

Not everything is about speed.
For the guys who want the stock setup, we have the stock motors and fans coming next week. We now have just about everything to need to outfit the Habu...... Including Habus.

I am going to run 8 cells on the stock motor and fan later on in the season. With a heat sink installed. The guy on youtube did it and finally burned up the stock motor after 4 laps of full throttle. (no heat sink) I'm thinking I will get away with full throttle passes. Just don't do laps with it pinned. Haha.
That dont sound like a good plan??? To each his own...but why risk it?

Here's some shots of the gear doors.
The nose wheel bungy is tied to the gear wire, between the spring and the retract. The other end is epoxied into a hole on the gear door.
I used lengths of drilled tie wraps as "straps" for the mains, instead of the wood blocks supplied with the kit.

In the womens Hair products aisle at department stores like Wal Mart, K-Mart, Target.
They are for tying ponytails, and are very small.

You Habu guys are sick (I mean this in a bad way)

You Habu guys are sick (I mean this in a good way)

Confused? Yes.

The other day I saw a Habu32 fly. Well, I think it was a Habu, someone said it was a Habu32, could not prove it until it landed and went off the end of the runway (no brakes). It really was a Habu, the problem is that it was very blurry when it was flying.

Is this what RC jets are becoming now a day? Chit, at least having a stamp collection my not be thrilling, but the stamps don't move very fast and licking them could be a turn on. Slow down the Habus, make them nice to look at. Please.

Two Margaritas for lunch today, can you tell?
