Dear Sniper,

I am sure that is fighter pilot talk, but I must say, the translation is very good for us in the USA ;-)

What other planes do you guys fly? - if you are allowed to say.

From your videos and posts, I smell a combat pilots here on RCG.

Best Regards,

Eric,

I'm sorry I lead you think that way,I'm just a noodles maker that's all

We are a group of four in Singapore like the feel of flying composites planes.

We used to deal with many glow and gas planes q500 planes
But we left them at hanger collect dust after we have a teste on flying composites planes

as for why 7s lipo...if seems cheaper for us and the power were just nice
For those planes we have on hand, not too much and not too less, best part is
We need only ice100 to fly them.

I think Bernard should pull that backfire on his bed then speedfire.
The 3pcs wing much easy for him to carry around the world to sleep with!

Also,he will use my 1415 on his bf when he pay visit to Juan, that will be fun cause I can't take cold weather but the 1415 will love cold air then me.

Well, after wasting 15 minutes of my life waiting for your flight prep. (joke)

It sounds very good Georgi, the brake action is not bad at all.

Does not soud like f5b, it really sounds like launch of model rocket... maybe mic was no good, but the performance looked incredible. Which props fit on speedfire? 38mm is difficult to find wide enough props because if too much pitch they not folding right...

P.S. Just getting back from europe again, will be out again in June... will see if I can bring gear to film. Still small chance I go to japan in April... are you going?

This was a Swiss prop on 7 degrees GM spinner ( something like 17x23" ) It's folding good. The only one prop left in my box

We ordered a new batch of hubs which are wider to fold better to all sizes fuse (33,36,38).

With this modification the GM 18x21/23 fold flat enough to the Speed Fire fuse , so they will fold great on any other planes.

Quiet is how it should be.

Going to Japan hmm... maybe will visit it by sea this summer

I see what you mean Georgi about the prop noise being ok with throttle response 5 and no ramp. But was this the 4Kw set up?

The result of the George mod, good settings and not to much prop for the motor.

I think he was using responce speed 6 on this one and my estimates for the total setup (not knowing to much about the prop) is still over 5KW and probably more like 5.5KW.

Yuri, the shorter motor (1509/1Y) is hotter ofcourse.

I flew the 1509/1Y on 5S and even 6S and it was very noticable that big props (17''+) didn't work well when it was time to put the brake on.
