i think joe is very critical, like in the rw4 thread he was very critical, too...then he saw a rw4 for real and had to go some steps back with his criticism till to the point that he would buy one...maybe with the speedfire it could be the same...

and i think a chimaera of b1L, rw2 and b08 is in my opinion not state of the art...but how should be a f5b plane, where you have nothing to criticize?...in every plane you will find some points you can critsize, or you have to build a plane for your own, but then you will also find people who will criticize your plane...

every concept is a little bit different and the future will show us who was right...i appreciate the different concepts and a class with only one dominate plane (avionik) wich is furthermore hard to get will be not very attractive in future...thatīs my opinion.

I can understand Petr's frustration, there is always a risk of critical feedback when you introduce a new plane and that is part of the deal but Petr is dealing with negative feedback from people who have not flown his plane or even seen it fly in person. That's a little bit like people throwing tomatoes before they have even seen the movie; however, like they say "Any Press is Good Press". The Speedfire will probably sell a lot more planes because everyone is talking about it and that will give it a chance to prove itself just like the Backfire did

Funny all - just flew a RW4 and a BF just thinking of getting a SF - the 4 was not fitting me, i like the rw2 more, BF is other class but liked it too, so hopefully s.o. next to me get a SF or iīll have to make a deal

Hi, may I ask if the dimensions of the battery compartment area is equal or bigger than the Enigma's? Reason being I have just lost one Enigma and am looking for a replacement bird. I have packs that I used to use for it that are only 3 cycles old and don't want it to go to waste.
