No he is thinking about doing the Eurofighter

Prime 8 interesting your comment about gettin free lifting body effect with the boxed fuse. One of my small jets has a foam fuse sandwiched between two sheets of balsa and it has more lift than the identical jet without the balsa.

Mayday my slightly heavier 800mah batteries get 12min plus flight times.

Eurofighters look great

if you look at the boxed fuse for this , it is like a segment of wing chord , or crossection of wing foil .

i will have to check it out . some how .
maybe build a laminated contoured fuse & and boxed profile .
ballence en on opposite ends of a spar and spin it , and see what AA teh fuses need to be to keep them spinnig level.
that should let us see if boxed fuse is a bettre lifting body . just watching the easy inverted and still ok flight at lower speeds is what mad me think it could be ?
aw nuts, means i have to make some test rig . LOL

what i presume :
laminated full contour fuse would be faster but not have hardy any body lift .

boxed fuse , slightly slower but giving body lift in return for that drag , or a sresult of it .
hmm . i have to go read , i'm sure some one has looked at this .

Prime 8 thanks for your interest in the Eurofighter. I can draw and build most jets but when it comes to a Eurofighter wingspan between 16" to 20" it never looks right. I use the same running gear as Mayday 27 and a Eurofighter in the 16" to 20" wingspan should suit the running gear, motor etc.

Would you go rear prop or mid? When I go mid the prop won't fit the wing.
