The rudder looks better than the other micros. THe hinges look like CF with plactic at the bottom. Hey Chuck, no sound is OK, the video is enough for now.

Was just talking to mini about the depth of the bay.

Looks deep enough for 2S TP 325mAh 45Cs.

With it's light wing loading, they just might work.

Now, that would be fun! Yeah - the Beast will likely handle the extra weight just fine. Hopefully, there is enough room to move the 325s aft far enough to get the CG right.

Thanks for getting the video up! She does look great! With all of that room in the battery box, it should be easy to adjust the CG for most any reasonably pack capacity or flying style. Sounds powerful enough, too. How did she pull when you opened the throttle?

2 3/4" long X 1 1/2" wide X 1/2" high

the knob of foam on the hatch is a little fatter so the thickness of the battery you use might be compromised?

but 2 X 160mAh Hyperion fit nicely

the stock batts weigh 9.2g the 2 X 160mAh Hyperion's 9.9g just remember your also have the weight of the Y harness as well

Why would you want to ruin those great scale looks by removing the gear?

I'll be reinforcing the wheel pants with a layer of tape - I quickly learned from experience with two 4-Sites that those are the first to go if landing in grass!

if you look at the throttle when i'm at half it was pulling well, when i opened her up, haha, i think the promo vid of the Beast going vertical says it all

also when i test the surface movements, i have the Aileron set at 60% Elev at 50% and Rudd at 70% and look how much throw they still give, this is going to be one touchy bird and a handful for the uninitiated
