Yes Art...so far the cam appears to have a bit better picture than the HK cam, I just worry about the light transition.
Also when I spooled her up while testing I didn't get any waivyness in the picture, I just need to get her airborn and broadcasting...but I'll bet 'ol Murphy will show up for that!l
I love those tires carguy! they are 3" Kavvan's if you can find some ..get some they weigh less than half as much as Dubro's, and yes I did see that Vid on the tube, the one where they are just skin'n across the water..If i'd been in that plane i'd probably jumped out! LOL.

The big red bus has new landing gear, CG adjusted, elevator throw increased... ready for another FPV flight! Putting a little work in on the slow stick while the wind and rain is doing it's thing. Made a steerable tailwheel out of stuff laying around. I want to chop down the video wiring harness and add the $9 OSD.

anything smaler that you know of ? I'm building an Aeronca champion from a Guillows free flight kit and it will be RC. 24 " wigspan, need tiny stuff for the tail.

finished up (at least for now) the Slow Stick wiring, added the $9 OSD (now $23) moved the transmitter to the wing (ala Dacono), got to thinking that taking the SMA connector apart every time I fly it probably isn't a good thing.

With all that copper wire it took some weight and value

I guess you double the weight of the original plane with all that stuff, but I am sure it can take it.
