Maybe that is YOUR way of doing things down there when there is that much (so little ??) snow. Here it is just a normal winter day...

Getting to play with a friends new balance charger. He bought it, wanted to give it a try and see what I thought about it (well, twist my arm!). My chargers are all old, been thinking about a new one.

Not MY way, but seems to be the way a lot of people freak-out when it snows. The bad part about living in an area that normally gets a minimal amout of snow, is when we do get a little snow, people go nuts.

I'm not nearly as afraid of the snow as I am of the bad-scared drivers.

Art, that charger is absolutely awesome! I am especially impressed with the software that you can use with it. Very powerful and easily understood/used. Yeah, I totally agree with you on the bad weather, bad drivers. I moved out here from Michigan four years ago and am very used to snow and ice on the roads...and so are most of the other drivers there. But HERE now, that is a whole 'nother story! People here simply don't get enough exposure to bad road conditions to learn how to adapt their driving.

I was raised in north eastern WA, lots of snow. I don't even remember ever using chains!

Here I'm charging/balancing one 2S-1300 lipo and one 2S-1100 A123. This thing is designed to charge the Hyperion 6C charge cells, watched a youtube video where they charge a Hyperion G3 lipo, a 4S-3300 (IIRC) in about 8 minutes!

This charger is super-geeky. I like it!

Sync charging two 3S-1300's, it charges as if it were a 6S pack, balances too.

Yes, I've converted a number of them. My favorite are old AT supplies, this one is a 300 watt with adjustable output voltage, holds 12.8 volts even while charging 6S packs @ 5 amps.
