I'm surprized it did so well, the camera even worked better than I expected. The resolution is not very high, but seemed to work ok on 3.5 volts. I didn't fly too far away, but I esimate 3-400 feet out and 300 feet high. I could easily fly with it, just would like a better picture. The colors are more vivid than anything else I have, was very quick to handle light, a cmos type (notice the prop?). Didn't seem to "jello" much though.

Spent some time building up a wiring harness for the Senorita, The idea is to be able to easily swap the transmitter and $9 OSD from the slow stick.

Weather should be great to fly today. Will go to the club this afternoon with the spectra and will record through aiptek. I'll try your "v" for the first time, will see if there is less glitch than with the whip last time.

If it doesn't rain tomorrow, I'll maiden the Stryker. Decided for a non pan camera. Weights 10% more with the FPV gear and it has been a while since I've thrown a Stryker in the air. Will try to fly it without and with the gear to set things up. But today will be relaxing (hope so ) glider flight

I have the wiring all complete in the Senorita. If I don't have any interference trouble, I hope to fly it today.

Now you guys know why I fly "on the cheap"! A couple of kids in college at the same time really puts a dent in the hobby budget!

Went flying the glider this afternoon, weather was superb as was the performance of the plane and FPV gear. First time I tried the patch antenna, WOW ! That thing is great. After a LOS flight that was recorded through the aiptek and played back so I could see how the video link was doing, I regained confidence and put on the goggles: Did a 22 minutes flight, drained the motor battery and landed about 50 feet short of where I was standing. No damage. Video link was excellent. I hope to get Balsabuster's "picture was flawless" approval !!!

The pan and stretcher are real nice, now I wonder I one can fly without it (at least on a slow plane). The sponsoons or foam "skis" I put under each side of the main wing prevented it from beeing damaged by the hard snow. Worked nicely and didn't hamper the performance of the plane.

That was a real nice day where all goes well . Hope do to the same tomorrow. Video coming soon
