here is my new MPR-2 boat, tub tests are inconclusive as it never gets close to full speed, it takes about 0.5 seconds to hit the other end
ar-6400 radio, 8.4mm mild wind motor, 180mah hyperion cell. all plywood hull and balsa details. hopefully i will get to test it in the pool soon.

Hi Derk, almost look like one of my old mono from 2004!

Will be moving soon and found that old experiment while cleaning the hobby room. Ran it about 7 years ago, it was slow but moved around while the fuel was burning. At the time I was using a regular size servo and Rx+500mA Rx pack but still had to add weight in the front! Its about 12" long and made out of carved pink foam and was using solid pellet fuel from Willesco.

Just pulled this fun little toy out of storage, where it had sat forgotten for at least 5 years.

Battery doesn't hold much of a charge anymore, she may need some surgery.

it's a proboat Mini C with body work to look more like a personal pleasure boat. first trials with non stock electronics didn't go so well... new gear was too heavy, battery was too small voltage would drop so fast the ESC would kick out ... so it sits on the shelf till I can pick up my first brushless/lipo setup ...

the paint doesn't photo well at all.. the graphics are 3 color mystify (green, blue, purple) .. and the white is pearled except where the lettering on the side is ...the run off the letters was an accident, the ink off the taped out lettering I did ran into the pearled clear.. I liked it.. so it stayed

I just finnished the latest for my micro collection. Not as small as my 4.5 inch springer, but cool, a Sterling COBRA. I was going brushed then switched to brushless.

My first post in boat. Just 1/8" short of 15" from tip to tip. Body is 12" long. Foam with 1 layer 3/4 oz glass. 15gram motor from HK re-round. Stock Magic Cat prop. Homemade hardware. Tried different filed down props from Magic Cat prop but stock seam to be best. Big smiles after running it every time.
AUW is a tag under 5 oz with Rhino 460 3S.
