Snake on the Lake!

No not any of the usual suspects [If this subject matter disturbs you, please don't read further.]http://static.rcgroups.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

Found this on instructables.com:

Make a swimming Robo-Snake

Looks like a fun project.
She should have painted the "snake" in some camo to [partially?] match the lake, to be more ominous.
We once had a model train 'running on the lake' and the submerged unit was painted to add to the mystery

A copy & paste from, WOODIES: Wooden Pleasure Craft from Boating's Golden and Classic Eras and much more.

How about a blast from the past. Wooden Boats on Parade, circa 1996. Done in two parts. Here's a half hour you'll never get back.

Wooden Boats on Parade ~ 1996 ~ pt1 (14 min 15 sec)

Wooden Boats on Parade ~ 1996 ~ pt2 (14 min 36 sec)

That is a great video Pat! I recognized a 'younger' Bob Hererra, and Kay Tillman. Not to mention Ken Vaulk. I also recognized a few of Bob's boats as well as your own Chris~Craft.
