Somehow I have managed to lose my cable that runs from the HPP-22 to the Spectra module on the back of my Aurora 9. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to make one of these or ?!?

It is a servo wire with a female servo plug on each end.

As per attached picture, there should have been two leads with male plugs at each end included in your box, together with a third lead which has a stereo jack plug at one end.

I have the tx cable, but the other (looks like servo cables ) that connects to the module is missing or lost . . .can I use a regular servo cable with two female ends?

To tbird911, Yes you can.

To Alan, The plugs on the end of those cables are female, not male. The pins are inserted into those plugs when you plug them in.

Is this something I can pick up at local hobby store or do I have to make it? Any info?

To ensure correct connection, suggest use of "J" plugs as per socket/original leads.
10" Servo/Battery Lead Futaba J (original is 240 mm tip to tip)

With respect, within the RC Industry, male and female relate to the Plugs, not the pins & sockets. e.g.
Male Servo Lead JR/Hitec/Air Z
Heavy Duty Female Servo Lead Futaba J

The hobby industry is backwards to everyone else in terms of the male/female plug end. So if you go to a hobby shop to get a lead or to get pig tails to make a lead you want 2 male servo connectors or a lead with 2 male ends. If you ask for a female end you will get something that will not work.
