ok,I'm a nice guy but now I'm just pissed,I sold a heli to skyhulk ,he paid ,I shipped,then he emails me saying he wants a partial refund because it's defective,and it's not.then I check my email and he has retracted funds from paypal now I owe paypal 65.00 how is this possible,can he do that and what can I do to protect myself, that is theft by deception and excuse me for my language but I will not tolerate this .

I went ahead & sent pm's to several of skyhulks latest inquiries on F/S ad's directing them to this thread so they don't get burned by him.
leave negitive feedback ASAP that will help protect sellers down the road.

thanks,I contacted paypal and they put the money back,they also said they could not disclose why this reversal of funds was authorized but that I should not contact him,they said they are in contact with him and they will handle this matter ummm ok, whatever that means. I guess I will just leave it in the hands of paypal.

I dont know what skyhulks intentions were,but if I hadn't protected myself by getting delivery confirmation on his package I don't think I would have gotten my money back.I'm not gonna call him a thief yet,I want him to explain this to me ,and he can forget about his refund ,he lost that priveledge when he retracted his payment without my authorization.

He can not retract a payment. Only paypal can do that. The only way he can get money back from your paypal account is to file a claim. At that point paypal will contact you BEFORE he gets any money.

yes,I thought that was how it works,but I assure you it happened ,and I had to speak with someone in management to get it back.I even have the email that says payment was retracted.

ok,I have an email from him saying he is shipping my heli back,should I refund him his money if I get it back or return it to sender.

Do not refund anything until you inspect the heli, as far as who to refund contact pp I am not sure.

ok ,skyhulk shipped my heli back ,but he spraypainted the canopy with silver spraypaint(not sure why) put blades on it that don't fit and had the grips so tight you couldnt move the blades and it looks like the main shaft is bent . the whole deal was bad from the time he retracted his payment without asking to the time he returned it,and it looks like he crashed it several times hard,the skids were seperated from the frame when I got it back and the parts heli that I sent along with it didnt have any blades on it ,should I refund this guy all his money even though it was a complete hassle for me.
