Park flyer jets

Hi Banana Hobby, and who may be representing it,

I think its really cool how you're putting out the big EDFs. Some of them are very scale and nice looking.

But personally I think it would be nice if you guys put out a parkflyer jet once in a while.
By parkflyer i mean: small, fast!!!!, belly landers, lower priced than the big ones, but not the really cheap ones...

like these- http://www.bananahobby.com/1719.html
http://www.bananahobby.com/1768.html
these ones are currently in stock, but i am worried that they will be out of stock sooner than later. And i'm just not ready for EDFs yet. maybe a few months.

Just a Suggestion.

Jpower/BH should be comming out with more of the 50mm ones. Rumors state their are upwards of 20 different ones comming. Link to the one i have http://www.bananahobby.com/1987.html Its not 100% scale (big inlet) but looks awesome in the air.

ya, i like the higher quality belly landers like the ones link in my post.

Banana hobby's has crappy electronics in there "high quality" planes, i would hate to see what they put in their "inexpensive" ones.

if you believe you need $100 electronics on a 30 dollar airframe be my guest
I think the elctronics in these are good enough and also believe that if you do a preflight test every now and then you won't have any probs.. capacitors on the escs can be visually recognised if they are defected or not... as for the servos there is always a sign before loosing a tooth... mine was sweating grease and so I didn't take the risk to fly.. When I got home and tested it again it gave in.
as for those Jpower edfs stress on the ESC and servos is minimum... doing a 4s like some did you know your edf unit will finally commend it's spirit...
I'm not attacking you here ..
I'm just saying that "poor" electronics could also last for a lifetime..
on my LX F-22 the stock servos that controlled 2 surfaces never had a prob even after I installed a fury fan and a 5S that gave me some serious speeds.
I just changed them my self lately and put 2 digital ones just to make sure I will have another 6 months on the plane.Still I check those servos too before every single flight. even 20dollar servos can be damaged without a reason...

I have the mini F-86 and have flown it atleast 10 times this summer and agree 100% with pavcon. Most of what he is saying is common search info. Come on dude, Take your issue with pavcon to PM, nobody needs to read your lovefest for pavcon. Just PM him and ask him for his number.

Its pretty hard to have quality and price both on your side. An EDF jet for $80, thats just cheap. Its not even the electronics, because any plane i got from BH I would be ripping out the electronics in the first place. Its about the looks. those cheap ones look what they are (cheap).

If pete had airframe only for the little f-35 park flyer (the one thats $150), i would buy it in a flash. I'm still debating over if i will buy it or not. I could buy a parkzone plane and not have to change anything for reliability, or buy this thing and have to change everything. Obviously if you want the PZ warbird to preform better you will need to upgrade, but still. the reason i would buy the BH f-35 is because then i could just do the upgrade and be done with it.

I'm not sure what you're basing this statement on??? BH gives not part specific details or pictures. Unless you own one, which iflyrc seems to doubt.

I remember that on a 4S that weve tested the amp draw is in the burst range of the esc..

It's the freewing mini. Here is a place that has it much cheaper.

I dont think so... It looks to me like the electronics on the freewing (HK) one better matches those of the good banana hobby f-35 (this one) rather than the cheap BH one (this one)

Am i wrong
