I switched to an 11x7 prop, I fly off grass so I need all the ground clearance I can get. And left the wheel pants on. Plane flies fantastic! I am wondering, should upgrade my esc?

I like the plane It could be a fantastic plane and then I'd be happy but that is up to HH now.
Before I flew it I removed the landing gear mount, built a frame inside the fuse and replaced the bracket. Put some carbon fiber in the stabs and fuse to reinforce them. Same things I've done with the other PZ planes.

Wow I see there are so many happy 300 owners in here!!

How did you reinforce the stabs?? I was just going to run a carbon fiber rod at approx 45 degree from the vertical stab down to the horizontal stab. I have done this for years on other foam planes that were big time flimsy. Heck when the original Ikarus shock flyers came out, you practically had to build a cage of carbon fiber around them to get them to track well.

I thought about the same thing with the gear. Mine loosened but did not come out. Considering I pancaked it in the field, I thought it was pretty reasonable that the gear loosened. I gorilla glued them and I don't think they will come out again without taking some fuselage.

My prop was out of balance from new. Sometimes you can just tell because it's noisy.

Anyone check lateral balance on their plane? Seems kinda picky, I know, but I have a Flash that needed a quarter glued into the end of one wing to balance.

You know, there is a problem with the Wing Airfoil, there is. However:

You know this airfoil thing is a non issue to me. I just massaged the wing a little and it came out perfect. I trim all my airplanes carefully, none are the way I want them out of the box. People need to have fun with their hobby and the people they fly with. We all have big problems to deal with in our lives that require our attention. Our hobbies teach us skills and other things that help us in our daily lives to be better than other people!

I'm going to call a masseuse to ask how much it would cost to have her massage the camber out of my wing. I need some help to make sure I get it fixed right the first time.

Do I need to get a full wing massage or just the tips?

I'm sure the person that asked if the wing could be fixed in the other thread, and was told "no", would like some help with how you fixed yours.

The gear came loose on mine after an especially hard landing, but no real surprise there. A little glue and I'm back in business.
When I leave the control throws "low" the snap, or whatever you call it during full up elevator is hardly noticeable. I can see the horizontal stab flex slightly when I have the throws all the way to the max. Maybe it's just me, but I really don't feel I need all the deflection available.

I came to this web site to share information with other people who share a common interest. I enjoy this hobby as it helps me relax and it's something I can do where there is no stress. There are pleanty of places for people to complain. I would really enjoy if there was a post for people who just want to share useful information. I appreciate all the Info about the wing, but if no one told me, I would never have noticed. Ok it's a problem. Let's move on.

I flew it, liked it, but not willing to risk a flat wing. It's a decent plane, but now with 3DHS Buck Huck, it seems that true 3D planes that are easy to fly are starting to be on par with foamies.

I didn't have a problem with the CG either, maybe I got it right the first time? I don't know. Fun little plane!
