I hope that they use a better color match for the tape etc on top of the wings. There should be an empty version for those who want to use their own power and RC gear. The $250 package price seems very reasonable for what you get if you want it. My Tritle SR-10 short kit plus power and RC gear, materials and accessories is costing considerably more not counting many hours of assembly time and effort ( which I enjoy).
PS: Just read the manual, battery hatch is on the bottom of fuselage, wing can stay on! Also the tape/plastic on top of wings must be access covers for servos. The installed 30 amp speed control has a built in switching type BEC. ( This is to allow safe use of up to five servos with a 3S lipo and 2.4 ghz receiver). The manual is one of the most complete I've ever seen and written in good beginner-friendly English. There are very detailed instructions for final set-up, preflight checks and trouble shooting. Parts replaceability looks excellent. Looks like it'll sell and fly very well and be common sight. Hooray for Horizon.
