Weight is 2100 grams include two 3S3200 mAh batteries. Spann 1.7 meters. Profile RAF-48. The shape is simmular to the zephyr but the wing tips are more like wing lets same the robbe sportwing. I will try to make a video soon.

@ Agent...what about "Zepalsa" (:

Actually I did not made a balsa model to make it lighter. I just like a smooth wing. Although a wooden wing is more fragile but it is far more stiff then EPP. To get that stiffness you need to cover the EPP core and that puts weight on.

I love balsa as a building material. All my planes are balsa. I don't crash them too often. However .....

On my Zeph maiden I managed to stall it and lose control. It smashed through a bunch of trees with no damage.

Then I decided to mount the servos in the wing horizontally as recommended rather than my original vertical mounting. I forget to check the controls, of course, and on the launch it went down when I pulled up and slammed into the ground nose first at full throttle. With a balsa wing it would have been tiny little pieces. With my Zeph there was really zero damage. I couldn't believe it.

My airframe with lam and way too much paint and a couple of servos was about 1.5 lb. By the way, my Zeph is stiff like a board. You really can't bend the wing.

I'm duplicating Trappy's setup for the most part, and I need more info on the type of prop and hub used. I think it's a 10 X 6 aeronaut pusher right? Does anyone have a link for hobby king on this item?

*wait I just realized I don't need a pusher prop right, since I can just mount them differently in the hub*

What you need to have the same setup as trappy is:
(all aeronaut material)

- Aeronaut CAM-Carb-Blades.10,0x 6,0" (middle section)

- Prop Hub Yoke 38mm/8mm bore (right section)

- Collet Adaptor .M8 for shaft [your motor shaft] (i used 4.0mm),total length 26mm (left section)

See images and "tecnical names" of the stuff on the bellow link. try to find a local distributor of aeronaut.

Thanks Bandarra, and what kind of setup did you use to stop the props from folding too far? was it like this? http://static.rcgroups.net/forums/at...g?d=1281969111
