1/6.5 Scale Eurofighter Typhoon

Hey folks,

would show you my new and latest done project.

My new Eurofighter Typhoon in 1/6.5 Scale with Twin 5" Setup at the moment 24 Lipos on it (12S on each Side).

Itīs a really beauty in the air and sounds just like a turbine.

TOW is 13.5 kg so we are in the range of the CARF Eurosport Universe, but much stronger.

Comes special made for EDF Twin setup from our molds in Balsa-Fiberglas Sandwich.

We could get weight of it here and there for the next one. Dad is going to make his Eurofighter. I need a Wingman

Itīs not finished yet complete, Gear-Doors must be on, Cockpit,Lights, Decals and so on...

Here is the YouTube link in HD (from now in full HD with new cam)
Eurofighter Typhoon RC Jet Big Scale Twin 127mm EDF Maidenflight (4 min 33 sec)

and here are some pics from it.

Enjoy it!

And yeah itīs going in a "Aygo" Citroen C1

Hey guys,

was busy the past weeks but I have news. Iīm done with the finish of the Typhoon

Now itīs the German Airforce 30+23 from JG73 in Rostock "Laage".

Have full Scale Markings, Full Lights (also the green dot), Cockpit and "heavy" weathering on it.

TOW is now 14 kg. Could save here and there a bit weight and use new lighter 5000mAh Lipo Cells.

Now it not only sounds crazy, it looks great also.

Have a look on my new two Videos:

Eurofighter Typhoon Twin 127mm EDF RC Jet Action #2 (5 min 3 sec)

Eurofighter Typhoon Big Twin 127mm EDF RC Jet re maiden (4 min 25 sec)

After each flight till yet I modified the Typhoon here and there a bit, Thrust Vector, the C of G and Aileron -Elevons Expo and Travel. Next are the Canards...

...for more Pictures have a look on my Webpage RWJets

I'm thinking I might have to play around with a green LED to illuminate the hud in my jet as well. It looks very sweet. At the airshow I was just at, it amazed me how visible the HUD is even from the ground when they are doing an inverted or banana pass.
