GPS V4 Expander - how do you get UTC format when you load the data into Excel?

Anybody know why the GPS V4 Expander UTC timestamp is programmed to convert to milliseconds when you upload the data into Microsoft Excel? This is really strange, are they basing the time on milliseconds since midnight? Is there a way to keep the time in UTC in Excel?

Hi Mikey, it's converted to milliseconds to correspond more closely with the logged time field. Yes, it starts from midnight. But, notice that it is also saved in HH:MM:SS.SSS format under the GPSUTC-ASCII column.

Thank you Bill. I failed to notice that the local time was in the date column! I didn't see a GPSUTC-ASCII column though.
