There are times when not only am I not a sharp tack but I must have fallen out of the box!I built the servo mount/cover yesterday and remembered that I had not run the wires before I closed up the D box,so a bit of fishing was needed.Useing some nyrod and a wire hook I was able to fish the wires through the wing panels. One of the good things about the stack rib method is all the holes line up!

Hi Guys,

I got the inboard top skin on this morning. See photo. I'll do the outboard this afternoon. Then it's just some sheeting at the break and the wings are done.

Hi Scottie,

Oh darn, there is always something I'm forgetting to do. OK I'll glass the joint area.

Hi Guys,

I never quite got that outboard skin panel on yesterday. The tree cutter people took a little more time than expected. But, they did a good job. I'll put the usual wash out in it. Just having some C4 Krank to get going. Stay tuned.

Hi Guys,

I got the last leading edge on. See photo. I put in the wash out and it's drying. Now, I just have to sheet the join area for the glass and covering. Stay tuned.

Hi Guys,

I got the first piece of sheeting in the break area on. See photo. It takes a long time, because you have to make and glue in a system of supports to glue the sheeting to. You also have to glue sheeting together to make it long enough to fit. Stay tuned.

I think I'd wrap it with the glass tape then fill as needed so the glass has clean wood to stick to.
