I just sit back at the normal distance and pretend I'm looking though the pic (like a little window) like I"m trying to look back through to the bedroom and it starts kinda un-focusing until it becomes 3d. The goal is to let your eyes go the opposite of cross eyed.

You need to angle your eyes for distance vision, but focus them for close-up viewing.

My arms are too short! He's up in Cape Cod, and I'm in Kansas.

Besides, it's like spankin' a puppy. He dictated this mess sometime yesterday. By the time I get there and clock him for it, he won't know what he's being punished for. (And I'm not sure he would understand bein' told anymore than the puppy would! )

That reminds me of the time I came home from work, and my roommate's Rotweiler had gotten ahold of the 3" thick phone book. There were chewed up pages ALL over the house! It was pretty obvious that the crime had been committed well before I got home, so I didn't even try to scold her. I just had to laugh and wait for the roomie to show up and clean his dog's mess.

I walked into my Mom's kitchen one day with all the sister in laws and wife sitting at the table. The cat was digging inside a big trashbag on the floor. The Hen Party seemed OK with this. I walked over and picked up the bag and did the "Shake and Bake" routine for a second. The cat bolted and the women all scolded me. I responded "That cat will NEVER do that again." It just felt like the right thing to do at the time.
