Hello Rufus, YOU ARE A GENIUS!!!! The Navion plan is absolutely beautiful!! I'm so glad you could restore it. Its a "must build" for me. Problem is perhaps the canopy but it can be solved.

I wouldn't worry about UW. He sells other peoples plans without their permission. I have a set of plans given to me from a friend. He had bought them from UW and they are still for sale from the original owners. He just puts his stamp on them a claims they are his. If you do searchs you will find other complaints about UW.

I'm aware of the complaints, but having no proof, just avoiding the appearance.

I just had a request of how to trace plans using Photoshop. Since I wrote it up for this individual I thought I would post it here as others might make use of it.

Yeah Grubbyjeans, the very last person I worry about bringing up copyright issues is Uncle Willie! No problem there.

I will see what I can do when I am able to get to it. I don't have the ability to scan something that big, but perhaps Fedex/Kinko's can do it for a reasonable price.

That would be great Pete. Apparently A4 section scans can be stitched together seamlessly as per 'Planeman's' superb tutorial on post #34....just a thought, not done the joining bit as yet but I printed his tutorial out and scaled a plan successfully the other day and I was very pleased with the result.

Excellence, I hope that you don't mind my re-posting your files. I have done some cleaning and then converting to PDF. Thank you for your contribution.

Berkeley went out of business in 1960. Their assets were bought by Duke Fox of engine fame. Then, some years later, Glen Sigafoose of Sig Manufacturing Co. bought Berkeley from Fox. He put out some of their most popular models but not all the line. After several years, Sig also stopped making Berkeley designed models. So, I really think that posting Berkeley models from gone years is really no problem at all.
