I've often thought about upgrading to a T-rex 800, but what the heck... I think I should just up it a little and get a Syton AH130 Ultralight Helicopter. It flies the same way.

Tiny Bright Lights use surface mount LEDs and have a nice strobe effect. The size of the LEDs fit better with the 120SR. These lights use magnet wire which is very fine and light.

Tiny Brite (Bright, or whatever?) is out of business last time I checked... their website has been messed up for over a year. Haven't been there lately though. I seem to remember they stopped responding to contact attempts... some people lost money.

Description:

I just found out that flying in 27 degrees really changes the the yaw. It pulls drastically to the right when cold.

Thanks for the replies - I downloaded the update after first getting the sim about 4 months ago.
Maybe it needs another update. Even so, the 120 is not listed in the updates that I frequently review.
As far as the behaviour with helis is concerned, it really is unflyable - throttle response is terrible or almost non-existent and cyclic response not sensitive at all. For planes it's good however. There is a tremendous difference between this and the heli sims with RealFlight.
Surely I should expect better with the Phoenix but at least I do have RF for helis.

So you think that RF is much better for heli's then eh? I have RF, but wondered if I bought the best one. I also use a free one called HeliSim, starts up immediately and seems quite good, especially for free, but you need a way to connect your tx. The RF tx works fine with HeliSim. But HeliSim is a sim that only has 450 heli's really.

Cool Sax! Leave it up to you to come up with something, off the wall, obscure, different and interesting! LOL

Your "Dudes & Dudettes" comment makes me laugh, I am the only one that I have ever known to say that word Dudettes, untill now anyway. But, not many Dudettes here me thinks!

The 120 SR does not show up in the automatic updates for some reason. You have to manually download the file from the website, and place it in the update folder and run the manual update shortcut (its explained better on the download page).

As for the 120 SR in phoenix, the default setup is awful. I've found if you set it up as 100% (Advanced) under the simple page, its much more realistic. In fact this seems true on almost all the helis in the sim.
