Tonight was the "Twilight Zone" session. After an enjoyable session JT and I were setting on the end of Gainesville Runway (he in an F-14 and me in a DiamondStar. When he hit the slew button and slowly started levitating and it was a sight to see, at night and with building storms with lightning around it was pretty cool, seeing him float around, then he zoomed to about 70,000 feet (I could NOT follow). So it was weird. But fun in an FSX sort of way.

Like Roger said the Twilight Zone. I had no control as the F-14 was going up super fast with no forward speed. Here are the pics I took with the F-14 doing its on thing????????, Throttle was at 0000 and my hand was not on the stick

10-4 JT, I am starting to recover the Corsair Wing. It should be finished today. I need to get a couple of little parts for the servo control rods from the Hobby Store, then it will be ready to fly.........woops forgot the rest of the plane ain't quite ready......But the winfg is getting close. I'll post some picture after the closing surgery and the flaps reinstalled.

HEy JT getting closer to the finish line. Here the wing is recovered now to recover the flaps themselves and then to attaching them.

I actually hate covering the most. I am putting full fowler flaps on JT's Corsair Wing, so it was a butcher job and it looked it for a long time. Now that it is recovered it looks pretty good.
