And what would make this any better than the last version? I didn't hear very good reviews about the last version.

At least it is bigger and therefore more suitable for bigger camera's.

Also, I had no problems with the other mount I bought from Hobbyking.

I got 5 of the last version. They are great. Strong, very light and cheap. The only issue I had was with the little pushrod. I made up my own steel rod link with z bends instead of the snap on ball connectors. Didnt trust them.

How come no one sells a ball turret? Can't be that hard. I think all the mounts on the market are ugly.

LOL...of course...

Let me add..."can't be that expensive" as well...LOL.

What about Vacum forming an "egg" to go on top of what's already sold?

Don't want to hijack the thread but here is some info. There are a couple custom made eyeball camera that shouldn't cost too much to make (except time):

EZ Ball Turret (0 min 32 sec)

360 Pan and 110 Tilt KX 191camera gimbal (0 min 58 sec)

I just got my order today from Hobby King and I ordered one of the small and one of the large fiberglass pan and tilt Camera Mounts. I didn't expect and instructions and it looks simple to get together, I dry fit it together without looking at the pictures and looks like I got it right. My only question, what's the best glue to put it together? 5 min-epoxy or some type of Zap glue?
