I noticed that the motors need some break in time. The more I fly the faster it goes, I'm using 3s 2200 20c.There is a week spot where you install the receiver so if you fly on grass remove landing gear, I cracked the foam at this spot. The more I fly it the more I love it, It turns on a dime and you can fly it slow with no problems.

please post some more thoughts and even flight videos when you can! I am interested if this plane flies good on stock equipment. also wondering how long the motors and electronics will last compared to BH or nitroplanes products. Theirs crap out pretty quickly.

I have flown this now about a dozen times on the stock setup with a 2200 mah flightmax battery. I have found that I can overheat the battery if I WOT to long, but for normal flying, it is adequate and has enough power to fly well, albiet not a screamer by any means. I am impressed that it balanced out fine out of the box, and flys with no bad habits. I have flaperons programed into mine, but found that I dont need them as the plane will slow to an very slow speed without tip stall. this allows for a very smooth landing. I did nose over a couple of times and broke off my cannon and radar, but they were easily re-attached. The plane rolls very easily, and will loop if you enter with some speed but if you are to agressive on the elevators, it will stall out at the top.

All in all, if you are looking for a good EDF that handles very similar to a prop plane, is quiet (for an EDF this is very quiet), runs on the stock setup pretty well, and is a good looking plane as is or can be customized easily, this is a pretty good choice.

twin 20A (40A Total)
keeping the battery, esc and motors under 20A in size.

Motor: 2 x 30-XX Brushless outrunner 3900kv
ESC: 2x20A
Duct fan: 2 X 75mm
required:

11.1V 2200mah 3S 25C Lipo

was think of useing a 14.8 v 4s 25 c but I think its too big for this plane
