Good stuff, that PU glue!!
Yeahman, amazing stuff!!
The only evidence of the incident is a hairline crack and a little pink foam showing where the paint chipped off while removing the excess PU.
A friend said I should leave it as-is, but I think I'll sand a 2cm section on the top and bottom and lay down a little light glass.

And no, Johann, this thread can't die until we get some videos of Layer and ThePasty flying their Zallys (see the rules on page 1)!!!

I don't believe I have posted a video. Actually I never video any of my planes, which may explain it.

Some stills in flight will do!
You don't want to get up to close...
That squashed nose and all!

Oh...
Don't forget Sean!
His Zally has been finished for more than a month!
(I think he's scared to fly her!)

lol, I filled the ding with epoxy/cabosil, sanded it round and smooth and touched up the paint. She's good as new.

YELOW!!!

So U are thinking where is LAYER?
Well to much as changed since my last imput on his thread!

Long story short...
Ive moved out of my house and rented a new one.
WHY?
I had some issues towards my dis-functional noisy AA neighbors!!!
My patience run out!!! My son does not deserve living in such conditions... neither do I!

So I had to pack, move, unpack and start over... with a lot of bills to pay...
One of the down sides of this new life, was giving up my Garage... 20 sqr mtr of mental health!
My new space is a bit small compared to what I had... compromises my fellow friends!
I now have 2mtr/3mtr space, a small square on the -2 garage floor...

This is my new reality, not the best, but manageable, I still have to arrange things, unpack all the stuff I had, and throw a lot out!

All this to justify myself to my promise, Zsally will definitely fly!
I may be the last one standing, but Ill deliver!!!

I also found out that J is going strong on the new project!
U are inspirational J, you can build almost as fast as you can think!

Hope to have something else to show besides words! SOON.

Sorry aboutt the turmoil in your life, Layer. Sounds like you need a little slope time to calm you down. I know that always works for me -- to shut out everything else for at least a couple of hours.

Yeah Shadowman...
Look what turmoil you created by shaking the Carbon Sally thread!

They are all in defence mode!

Hey man... it's your thread. All I did was to swish it around and spit it out!

Anyone who's got an almost fully built sloper like this sitting on the shelf should rightfully feel defensive!!!
