All siblings are like that,
Untill....
You give them wings!

Great stuff Sean!
I'm pleased it went well.
I know the Zally sounds heavy in weight terms,
But they fly slippery and as light as a feather!
Now dial out that expo for some dynamic action!

We need to find a happy medium between Sean's 30 second videos, and my 9+ minute video!!

Sounds like we need a witchy production!

Ha! That's funny -- I thought I was way off with what was being advertized by the Zally's @ 34 or 35mm or whatever -- and mine's at 26mm!

Nice launch and great mini-flight, Sean. Great job, Johann!

How can I edit the video clip title in Vimeo??
....I uploaded the maiden flight clip, gave it a title and tags.....saved this.... then after an hour or so, they tell me there was a problem and must upload again. I did this but forgot to do the title again! Now I sit with this clip with an "Untitled" name!

Will you not need more than 5g Chris??
To get from 40-50mm to 25mm might require more!
Depends on your wing configuration.

Well what can i say.
Johann and Sean Thank you both Very Much, Zally flys like a dream with the C of G at 25mm. Total transformation.Whilst being very responsive is totally controlable.
Woody and myself took her up to The long mynd again this morning, the wind about 15 mph was pretty square onto the slope unfortunatly is was hissing down with rain and alot of low cloud. When there was a break in the rain for about an hour we managed to get the first flights in......She flys Super. only needed a couple of clicks of down trim and she was Rocking !For the first 40 mins I had to fly her in a 30 yard box with the poor visability. I found her quick and very quick to respond to controls NICE.
When the mist/clouds lifted and more sky to fly in she can cover some sky in no time , push the nose down and she was off like a dose of salts.
It was also nice to see how she just cuts straight through bumpy air with no problem at all.
Twinkle rolls were a bit barrel ish but i think the throws on the airelons needs to go up some more.
So in total I have added an extra 35 g of weight to the nose (Difference from lastweek) to get the c of g to 25mm from the L.E.
I'm very sorry but the camera stayed in the car in those weather conditions but will be with me on the next flying session.
Johann thanks again.
Chris (who is now as happy as a pig in pooh !)

Sweet Chris!!
Glad you came right!!
She is a beaut to fly, like you said, responds quick to controls.

""It was also nice to see how she just cuts straight through bumpy air with no problem at all."".....EXACTLY!!

I did not fly mine today, the wind was VERY strong....not the real reason though!...it was cause I flew the ALCHEMY!
Check her thread to see some pics.

But yes!....some pics of your ZAlly in the air.....and a clip would be great!....in your time
