Reached Composite Addiction

Here it is!!!

Anyway I'm going for a 2nd wing, ill try do bag it over the weekend! or maybe the next...?

I'm aiming at a lighter wing.


Is this gap going to give me issues?

My, that's nice, Layer. If my Sally will fly as good as it does after splitting the wing in half and gluing it with PU, this should Dance!
Balance her up and take her to the slope!! Whee!!!

I know that this question has been answered to many times...

To all zally survivors!
For those with 900 cm wings, J fuse, and almost 400 gr... trial and error flights...
What is your current CG?

Can't remember!

Same as per plan, then...
Add 20g additional for Zally type
And she'll Fly!

purscribbed. Threw out some some epp "bean bags" yesterday. Sally looks like something not only right up my alley but also good 1st date w/composites. Thank you for sharing her

Welcome, Navin! Hey, you're going to love this little bird.

Just got home from sloping on the local capped landfill -- not that great of a hill. Despite the wind of 10-30 mph the lift isn't very good due to the shape of the hill, on the slope. Weasels and Alulas were just getting pushed back into the hill, but with Sally I could penetrate out to better lift.

Sally's a lovely plane. I like it more and more each time I fly it. Can't wait to see yours!!

J my Zsally is finally DONE!
400 gr later...

Im already going for a second wing and try to make it lighter... the first one is 211 gr, not the best result!!!

Im going to Mayhem her in a power lift slope somewhere... ( I found the spot, but never went to check it out).

Ill post pics later!
