These little props can get bent so easily.
When they get a little out of track like you describe, you will lose a bunch of power. You can lightly bend one blade at the hub or throw on a new one.

I buy my props from HK in bags of six.

i even put on the extra prop it came with...still out of track. i'll try bending it when i get home from work.

Yes Sir, especially if you can get one at the new reduced price.

Fixing the cg, motor and prop isn't that big of a deal.

I bought mine in July when they first came out.
It has somewhere between 400~500 flights on it.
Been through about 4 motors.
I've never had an electronic issue with it.
Servos have been rock solid since day one.
It's always ready to fly at a moments notice.

I think I got my $$ worth.

I've had amazing luck with the Mustang motors.
Hopefully the xp motors will last as long.

No go on the mSR motor.
Different pinion gear that doesn't mesh well with the UM plane gearboxes.
A RCG buddy melted his entire gearbox in-flight with one.

Razor, I have had luck with the msr motors by taking dremel and releiving some of the upper gearbox material and then shimming the bottom to keep the gear meshed. This is without changing 8 t pinion.

You can also change pinions, old one is easy to punch off but be careful Pressing new one on, If not careful you can push off end cap and ruin motor.
If you dont have a puller, slot a piece of metal thin enough to go between motor and gear, put it in a vise and punch off gear.

The drawback with msr motor is you have to lengthen motor wires. I made an
adapter lead for mine.

Best motor is 4site but is claimed they dont last and need larger mah batts
but has longer batt lead than mustang.

Mustang next but are hard to find. MCX the same with 8t gear and short lead.

My favorite is still the sukhoi for an all around motor. Flys everything i have and easier on batts.

I have had pulsing problems with each different kind of motor and have found that the gearbox shaft gear is the problem. I use 4site gear and shaft.
They come 2 to a pack with keepers. I keep 2 in my box and sometime change at the field. around 4.00 for 2.
