I was wondering if someone would ever take a bite on that plane...that thing looks really good. Looking forward to see it going

how much do skywalkers weigh without gopro?
this is coming out at 1.5Kg with a 3000mAh
Not sure retracts are going to be an option after all! which is a shame, I'v got some cool mixes set up on the radio. Also was going to put a second camera under the fuselage with a switch so i could watch the gear going up and down

I put a quite big motor on it as i thought it would struggle to take off on grass with the motor they recommended, that is making it tail heavy. don't think I'll be getting very long flights? we'll see...

Got back from Devon visiting my parents.
I came back with seven planes in the back.

Seems my old man has packed up and wants to sell them on at my clubs auction.
Thing is I want a few if them.
One is a nine foot powered glider DG type style.
Just keep thinking it'll look great with a gopro bolted too it.

As luck has it I have a spare DOSD kicking about.
Another one to add to my list.

looking for ideas on how to store planes on a rack against the wall...
cheap
fairly acceptable aesthetically
easy to make
adjustable

my favourite would be dowel "arms" set into 2"x2" uprights screwed to the wall but I can't face drilling 20 straight holes without a workbench and my pillar drill is broken

second favourite is adjustable shelf bracket things but the longest arms they do are 24" and it seems you can't easily screw longer timber arms to them

ideas/photos welcome!

cheers

PS don't forget valentines guys
