This looks like a good deal on a Gopro 3 Black:

It's new but unboxed apparently. I think even the international shipping is free too.

I'll reset everything, balance everything and take it from there.
Just to confirm its a kk2 running the new 1.5 firm and is working like a dream, even the auto level is performing perfectly and got me out of at least two neat crash moments less then 20 mins ago.
Remember to do the acc calibration and measure the distances of the motors to check the tail is straight (if using rc explorers frame).
I can post my settings if that helps.

Sounds like my setup is similar to yours: RC Explorer frame with wooden arms, KK2 etc etc. It used to fly quite good with the original kk but not since I upgraded. I'll do the checks you suggest and yeah if you could post your settings it will give me a starting point. Cheers.

B&Q, 10mm square pine. Actually I think mine are more like 12 x 10 but it doesn't seem to matter.

B and Q arms work fine for me also.
I use 11 x 4.7 props with 750 kv motors and get about 7 min flight time on a 3s 2200
But I'm sure 10 will be fine

Happy New Year everybody!

We are just now back in the house I burned down with a lipo fire at the end of June. Christmas and New Year have seen a lot of entertaining, packing, removals, building of ikea furniture, hanging pictures etc etc etc. Due to work, weather, family and so on I have only flown FPV once since the fire! It's been great to keep up with the UK gang through these pages.

Hopefully 2013 will bring more flying time! Surely the weather can't be as bad this year...
