Will my battery blow up ?

Hello guys, I just got

Two 7.2V 10000 mah NiMH Battery for Aerobird Xtreme RC Airplane

http://www.all-battery.com/browsepro...-Airplane.HTML

and

one Smart Universal Charger for NiMH/NiCd Battery packs: 7.2V - 12 V Perfect for RC or Airsoft Batery Packs

http://www.all-battery.com/smartuniv...uresensor.aspx

I have a question regarding the Smart Universal Charger .

I bought it to charge the 7.2V 10000 mah NiMH Battery for Aerobird Xtreme RC Airplane but , in the charger manual of the Smart Universal Charger , that came with it, there is written that it can charge batteries from 1800 mah to 5000 mah.

It says to do NOT use to charge high capacity battery pack >5000 mah......

Will the battery blow up or be damaged if I use the charger to charge it ?

Do I need to ask for a refund ?

The customer service told me that :

"This charger has a timer control, and the max. charging time is 5 hours. It won't damage your battery, but won't fully charge it."

So now my question is, how much will the battery be charged ? (80 % of it ?)

Thank you

The customer service reply is correct on all counts. Also your "80% charge in 5 hours" guess is probably very close to the real life results.

I'd get a more powerful charger.

No reason why not, unless you are in a hurry. 6-7 hours for one charge cycle.
