The fuse in made of 5mm and solid block EPP(behind the firewall)..close inspection reveals 2 flat CF with one placed at the centre of the fuse and another one at the bottom of the fuse all the way to the tail.
The ailerons and tail fins are made of 3 layers of EPP stacked together..The EPP is of better density compare to Techone.
The fuse is quite stiff so tail twists should be minimum.(i hope)
This one should be a fast build but i still have to wait for the arrival of my MG servos.

It looks good. I just came home from a couple of hours at the park with a few planes including my Skywing Tough and my Skywing Katana. I really like my smaller Skywing planes and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this larger Skywing plane.

Thanks guys..here are the electronics that i intent to use on my Monster.

2818/900 Torque motor and 35 amps ESC.
D933MG 12g 2.0kg servos x 4
2200mah 3s Emax li-po.

I should be able to put everything together in one evening because all the work has been done for by the factory including hingers, control horns and servo mounts installation. Airframe minus the all the electronics weights in at 600g.. Another thing i have to mention- the instruction manual is just 2 pcs of paper in Chinese and not a word about where the CG is. But i'm sure those with experience in building planes can do away the manual anyway. If you're a beginner you wouldn't have bought this plane in the first place would you?

Thanks for posting this info FlyingMcCoy. It's good to know that the larger Skywing planes are also virtually pre-assembled at the factory like the smaller ones.

Finally my servos have arrived from HK..hope i'm able to put everything together in time for maiden this coming weekend.

I received my Monster from feda it also has carbon in the tail and ailerons.
Very nice. I will start by fixing the main wings to the fuse.
The main wing is in two pieces and needs to be lined up with each other.
I test fit everything first.

As I wait for the glue to set up on the wings I started to mount the tail servos and pull wires. There are openings above the mounts for the wires.

FlyingMcCoy, I hope you dont mind me posting my build here I hope we can help each other out .

I wanted to beef up the wing mount some. I have this foam cutter and maid the holes for the wing joiner bigger so I could pack some glue in around the tube. This could be done as the wing are put together.
