Vintage, Graupner Elke Fishkutter HF.408 model boat RTR. This boat was built for a hobby display in Germany in the late 70's. Boat comes in a custom built carrying/display case. Boat was aquired from a German modeler's estate sale, where it had been on display ever since. Boat also comes with a very rare, original Graupner 4Ch remote control, and the proper Graupner speed control unit. I have only freshened up the radio batteries & checked it for running (which it operates well). You will need to purchase a simple 6V gell cell battery (Radio Shack) to operate it. It also has operating running lights as well. It has all the Graupner fittings as well as some crew members too. Boat is constructed from a all wood deck & cabin, Metal fittings, and a ABS hull. Graupner kits are world known for their quality, and most are unavailble (like this one) in the U.S. because of their cost. Specs. are:
