Video - T-Master on hard_hat & keyfob cams

Sunday evening - beautiful skies after the rains had finally stopped - and a steady 15mph breeze on my local hill. Out with the T-Master, hard_hat_cam, and keyfob_cam - and this is the result. Relaxed cruising & mild aerobatics, from both the "outside" viewer and "inside" on-board points of view. Don't watch this fullscreen if you get seasick though!

Mr.T-Master shoots the keyfob_cam (4 min 23 sec)

The T-Master is a rare T-tailed variant of the old Quabeck "Masterpiece" F3B/F3F ship. I acquired it recently, used. Its a lovely plane to fly, heavy, goes like a train, and tracks beautifully with that T-tail. Its such a refreshing change from the current lookalike V-tail F3F ships. The T-Master story is here (in German, but google can translate it)

Any info on the cam itself?

Is that one of the tiny jobbies from hobbycity? Good enough quality for Vimeo!!

Hi Nick - Its one off fleabay - looks like a car remote keyfob - hundreds of them available & very, very cheap - under 10 - search fleabay for "key camera" or "keyring camera" or "808 camera".
Vimeo has mangled the video quality - download the vid (bottom right of vimeo screen) for a better look

Thanks Phil. I'll have a poke.

I was thinking of getting on of these to play with next time I order from Hobby city.

probably the same "guts" inside - 720 video - add you own cheap MicroSD card
you can also get spypens for your top pocket to record those moments at work...
The keyfob ones are good cos the lens is in the end & they are flat(ish) - so not much extra drag when taped on a plane
