Here are some pictures of the light kit installed on the review aircraft. The light kit and the wire-ties to attach it add approximately one ounce to the weight of the aircraft.

Here is a Giant one. 81 inch wingspan, I think the weight is about 5 lbs. Flies just like the smaller ones, I mean regular size. Now a Giant Flutter-By would be or could be called Flutter-By Overcast and to have one similar to this one, would be awesome. Very, very awesome.

Its just like an overpowered/over size vapor, I'm in love!

Unfortunately, its price puts it out of my reach, but we'll see.

Thanks for the review

Check the review. There is a list of colors. Custom colors can be done, I think, but you have to get a hold of Jack at:

Didn't see that in the review. Looks like a cool bird. Like others, a little shy of the price tag. But if they're home made...

The Flutter-By is available in one of four different colors. Florescent Yellow, Red, Purple, and Florescent Orange.

In the review their are three pictures showing all four available colors.

Very nice review. The Flutter looks just like the HL Cobweb from four years ago. For just the plane I paid $35.00, if I remember correctly. The motor that was sold from HL was around $65.oo. Now add the batt, ESC, servos and props and it could cost about as much as the plane in the review.

I like the carbon rods across the top providing a more stable wing. The Cobweb had nylon thread which would allow the wing to collapse or flutter when flying to fast or in a dive.

TY

John
