Thanks for posting

Is that the 1000kv motor version?
What is the draw on 10S?
Thanks

intake ducting mod see jepe. lander retracts, had to put 2 carbon spars in wing. Also retro fitted carbon spar from intakes to nose . The model is very heavy will be 10 pound when painted. Also fitted rudder. tp mg90's all round (frightning) all i can say is it fly's awesome very much like a turbine type of power( ive had a few)

it flys like a composite model. mine feels great, it doesn't feel heavy but doesn't feel light either. it has a very good flight envelope. a bit draggy probably but very enjoyable to fly. when the power is pulled back it does slow down pretty good and coming in for landing she does like you to carry a bit of power in. it fly's more realistic at these weights and on 10s the power is there for full speed realism so I like it a lot!!

I am just finding how much the Styro Spray adds to the weight... My FF F-100 was 8.5lb. I Styro Sprayed the wings and elevators, not yet the fuse, and added some electronics, and I'm already at 9.7lb. Still need to SS the fuse... Will likely end up at 10.5-11lb...

Good point. Still need to sand... What did you sand with? I'm thinking 150 grit non-water based.

Man, you are killing me... Not only that it's a beautiful plane, but you are one skilled pilot. You fly low and fast, but you don't fly careless. I hope to get to be as good as you. I thought that in one of your posts you said you had brakes. Didn't you? Was that flying on 8S or 10S?

Hey, I don't even have 4 years at the hobby. I feel like I need to catch up. A lot! Help me with this: http://www.effluxrc.com/WeMoTec-Midifan-Pro-MDP90.htm: it shows the midi fan as limited to 1000W and 22N thrust (5lb). We all know that the midi can do so much more. So, what's the story there? I'm still thinking about the JetFan 90 for this bird on 8S with HET 700-68-1680.
