wonder if they sell the Hawk ducting only. would be a perfect solution to my Chimera ducting that I just don't have the tooling to do right now.

With a hot twin 70mm setup i fugure i'll get a thrust to weight ratio of about 0.7:1 which isn't too shabby for this type of model.

Rich, i'll ask them if they would sell the ducting seperate when i'm down there if you like. Here's the website.

deffinitely interested in the ducting. no worries about forgetting. I do it ALL the time. amazing how that happens as you get older. hahahahahahaha.

the canopy turned out "OK"? that doesn't sound like how you expected it to be since you didn't say "good".

Well canopy is finished. Looks ok i think. Next job is the launch dolly, possibly similar to what Mark made for his Buccaneer.

Jumpy, your plane looks really good! Might take a couple of pics of your dolly, I've thought about that for a couple of pushers of mine.. w.

Thanks W. Im just doing a basic dolly, nothing too fancy. If you check out Mark's Buccaneer thread he made a very good one that pivots when plane rotates.

Hey Chris, not much to report. Froggy's in the loft awaiting fans, still haven't got them yet, its a toss up between minifan pro or 68mm lander. What do you think. I've started to put together a scaled down version, a profile of the frogfoot, with scaled down proportions for a single minifan to test out c of g and to give myself a bit of practice before attempting to fly the bigger one. I'll post some pics.
Phil.
