I am using the 13 X 6.5. We all have a ton of the 2250 3cell's so we want his plane to be able to use those - he does not want to have to buy 1800's, etc.

The problem he has is he can get a free motor from our LHS. He had one that was defective and they sent it back and now has a credit for any Axi motor. Their charts seem to confuse the hell out of my and you are right, the wieght is not good.

2820-10 shaved 30 grams

their numbers are pukingly conservative so running a 45 amp ESC on a 13x6.5 should serve him.... its a longer motor... I am going to look at their 2814 to see if it doesn't make me sick
Thanks - If he can run same prop size we can have plenty of parts at the field for all 3 SHP's

I think AXI 2814 / 12 is the winner

spec'd in EBT, history in SHPs, and spec'd as alternative in 47 Velox

I has permission!! ... no longer trespassing when flying off the airstrip next door, and all it took was a completely uncomfortable apology and groveling when the owner drove up to me while flying... oh I'm so happy

ya, could have a couple of guys over for a fly, but to be honest, the flying at the local club is better... the strip is much more open, albeit the strip itself not quite as smooth.

so the lads all want to know when you are arriving on Sunday Arron? If you get in by 11, a couple will have to bolt around 1ish unless we make so much fun of them they stay longer

I will provide you very good directions to make it there and I will probably show up around 10 or so....

Big club, so we have to oversee you until the can tell you are not going to put a plane into the pits...... (that's their job to do that)... should be a very fun day... still posting cloudy with a chance of spritz....

isn't membership to you club $20? I would rather send you a dead president for my club fee, so they can plant some grass.... you guys will like the turf we are flying off on Sunday

Sunday will be fun indeed... I'll get there as soon as I can get out of bed and on my way. I'd love to be there for 9, 10 more likely, most certainly by 11... how's that for some planning

...ok, I'll shoot for 9, but all I'm saying is that I'll most certainly be there by noon
