For most people, 120 mph is still faster than they have ever travelled (not actually in a plane), faster than a baseball pitch/ cricket bowl, faster than the EF-1 pylon racers.....not saying much....and faster than most anything in natural movement.

For something this size, it's ballistic.

Maybe we need to start calling them the F-20 struts and the Efflux RC Electric Retracts.

Hi super,

The F-20/Viper struts left Hong Kong today. I hope to have them by the end of next week. I removed them from the website when we sold out of the last of them.
When I receive the shipment I will put them back on the website.

I'll be getting a sample of the new Micro Electric Retracts (5lbs max) to evaluate with the strut shipment.
At this point the pneumatics are not longer available.

Just to reiterate, electric brakes for the struts are being developed.

Good thing, cause mine are tooooo small! LOL I'm sure making some copies off full size F-20 pics would better.
I picked up one of the 1/72 models to make some scaled up details for my demo jet.

Rodger, did you make missle rails? (maybe I better not ask)

.................................................. ..............................

Here's a few pics of the F-20 / Viper struts again.
They have ball bearing hubs, compress and extend veeeery smoothly, and have rubber tires.

Is that the one you molded with mixing some carbon powder in the epoxy?

The color looks awesome.

the color is paint,i painted it in the mold. the C/F powder was used to dye the eroxy where i glued the wings ,tail ,and nose on ,so it would match the paint better..i dont have time to body work it all out ,but it looks pretty good for just gluing it together.
